It all started with a passion: A passion for Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) excellence and, of course, for golf. As EHS/OHS professionals, we understood the importance of trust, strategy, and companionship in helping businesses navigate complex challenges. But it wasn’t until we drew inspiration from the world of professional golf that our vision truly took shape.

Just like a pro golfer relies on their caddy, an unwavering partner who offers insight, strategy, and confidence in every swing, we realized that businesses, too, need a trusted guide to help them make informed decisions and achieve success. That's when it clicked: We can be the "Kaddy" for businesses.

From that moment on, our mission became clear.
